        The beautiful light-filled drawing room, with its magnificent fireplace and outlook over the front and rear gardens, is a quiet, relaxing place to be.  A log fire in the cooler months adds to the welcome and the family photographs, eclectic collection of original paintings and antique furniture throughout the house provide an interesting and home-from-home atmosphere.
The elegant dining room, with views over the garden and paddocks, catches the  morning sun and is the perfect setting for breakfast,  which includes compotes and jams made from home-grown fruit, home-made bread, choices of traditional full English or smoked salmon with local free-range scrambled eggs or croissants and home-made marmalade.  Vegetarian diets are also catered for - just notify us first and we will look after you.        

 

 

 

All the en-suite bedrooms have garden views, are individually styled and are comfortably furnished with armchairs, Freeview TV and DVD players,  tea-trays, hairdriers, radio alarm clocks, complimentary sherry and bottled water, magazines, books and tourist information.  The king-size and super king-sized beds have cotton sheets and duvet covers to enhance a good night's sleep
